Adi Abidin is research fellow at the Populi Center, and his research interests are on voter behavior and political geography, public policy and stakeholder behavior, social change, political culture, and research methods. Research and analysis are the main pillars of his more than 20 years of professional career while working in the aspects of democracy development, decentralization, governance, development civil society, social development, and climate change as a consultant for the government, international institutions, and the business world. Currently he is interested in the development and adaptation of technology and its impact on social, economic and cultural change. He is also one aspiring gastronome with special attention to Indonesian cuisine.
